Last summer I graduated from JADS and I am currently working on personalized children's books to help children overcome fears, learn new things, or just read a fun and relatable book. Think, for example, of a story about your very first swimming lesson, or the first day of school in a new class. Due to advances in AI, it is now possible to not only personalize the story itself but also the accompanying animations based on a few photos of the child's favorite toy, for example. This way, you have a fun, unique, and especially relatable children's book that only needs to be printed and delivered.
We received many strong submissions and the selection process was challenging.
We hope that these great ideas of Mehdi, SmartHomeCentral, Camello and LooKasa will be developed further and that the participants will make their dreams come true!
We are four students at JADS in 's-Hertogenbosch. Our idea is to simplify the process of designing and expanding your smart home by setting up an online platform (website) that prioritizes user-friendliness. Through tools, information, and recommendations, we aim to lower the barrier for setting up a smart home.

I’m a student at JADS. My plan is to set-up a community based food sharing platform. The platform will aid students living in student flats with making friends with their neighbours and improving their social network through their love for food. The platform will host community food events and will have a marketplace for buying and selling meals so that food can be cooked collectively to reduce cost.
We are three friends on a mission to change the way we "consume" toys. With Camello, we have already started to make the world a little bit more beautiful. Since December 2022, we have gone live with our online toy platform where parents can rent toys. This makes renting toys very easy, which contributes to the lifespan of the toys and the development of children. Good for the environment and people! Because we are all still students, this TTF challenge seemed like a lot of fun and we would love to participate!

How do you choose your perfect roommate? We've discovered that people use facebook to post their vacancy in a student house and a single post can get up to 100 responses or more. But because of the room shortage all the responses are the same. So how do you make this decision? You use Lookasa, a data-driven way of finding your perfect roommate. You fill in your information and hobbies etc. And then via machine learning you can find the best match in all the 100 responses instead of interviewing multiple candidates.

As an independent Dutch cloud hosting provider we understand how important technology is in today's society and in the future. We believe that technology can be used as a solution to problems that are growing every day. Because we stand for 'Geen woorden maar data' (data rather than words), we have developed the Tilaa Talent Fund (TTF). With this fund, we are targeting digital dreamers who can contribute to a better world with their brilliant ideas.
Tilaa stands for facilitating space to create new ideas ('creating space for new ideas') 🚀
We do this in our own unique way. Tilaa has a clear opinion when it comes to digital freedom, sustainability, quality and convenience. This is reflected in our vision on product, people, and the environment. It is our dream to bring the cloud back to its original form: a simple, workable solution that is accessible to everyone, where the user is central and in control.
